KIA Spectra EX '06 by owner for less than $1500 in Phoenix, AZ 85040. GREAT CAR! Dependable and affordable to maintain. Interior has little to no damages. Exterior has only minimal cosmetic damages, (i.e.: back right taillight cover needs to be replaced and roof has slight sun damage). The only necessary repair that I've not done yet, is replacing the transmission shift modulator, (part retails approx. $30 online), otherwise, drivetrain and engine have been maintained regularly and are still in good condition overall.
