Under $500-dollar car. I'm selling this 2000 Kia Sephia for $270, no lower than $250. It's a 4-speed automatic. Needs battery, muffler and the stick shift gear needs to be tightened or replaced. However, with a battery, it will drive. AC, heat, horn, all lights work, and comes with a removable radio with auxiliary cord. It's a good point A to B car, selling for the low to help somebody out who really needs a car.
