Has to be towed ONLY Reverse works besides park also needs a ignition lock cylinder but can still crank and drive it reverse now. Engine runs great. Called State title office due to me never receiving a title and all that has to be done is me and the buyer go together their going to wave my duplicate free so you pay for your new one DONE
