    2001 Ford Focus ZX3, for sale AS IS for $800, firm price, first come, first serve. Great deal for the car, it runs good, good commuter, has only 138,987 miles on it, good on gas, I'm asking only $800 because the tags are due in 2017, I have a new car, so haven't reg it, just needs a little TLC, but no check engine light on, so will pass smog. Pink slip in hand, great deal... cash only... brand new Bluetooth, CD deck still in box also.

    Is this still for sale?...Do I have to pay all back fees to register in my name?
    You mention you haven't registered since 2017. Now it is 2021. So do I have to pay all 3 years of back registration to become current if I buy this?
