Buick Lucerne CX with low miles for sale by owner for under $4K in Houston TX. The car is in a good condition and there is no issues with it. It has a couple of small things I wanna mention it. There is dent on the trunk and the back door from the passenger side doesn't open. Vehicle has only 97k miles and has been driven an average of less than 10,000 miles per year.
