Must have a valid driver's license to buy this car! No payments. Very nice 2004 VW Passat for less than $2K in St. Paul-Minnesota, with the 180 turbos and stick transmission. It has been adult-driven all's life and well-maintained. It is not beat up or smashed up or has a lot of rust or anything. It has been adult-driven all his life, and everything has been maintained including the timing belt which was changed at 175,000. Fresh tune up! Has a sunroof, CD player, power windows, and power locks. Runs and drives great! Currently has winter tires on it, but has another set of wheels that has good summer tires on it so you get two sets of wheels and a new battery!
