Cheap car for $500 in PA 18104. This red Chevy Cavalier is my mother's car and she moved out of state. She was supposed to come back to get it, but her health has declined. I don't have the title because she took it with her and now lost it. It does not start, we think it's the fuel pump and the driver side window motor is shot. She is not able to come back here to hand over the title. So selling for parts. We would just like it gone.
