The trusted automotive resource, Kelley Blue Book (KBB), published its annual list of the Top 10 Best Family Cars of 2013, in which they emphasize qualities such as safety, interior space, price value ratio, residual value and one of the most important points which is the cost of operating and maintaining the vehicle for five years.

''If we look at 10 different families, certainly we suggest a different car for each one, but this list includes vehicles that have achieved high scores in areas such as security, space, comfort and value'', said Jack R. Nerad, executive editorial director, and marketing analyst for KBB. ''Our annual list was created to help families find the best car, SUV, minivan, etc., which is usually different for each one.''

This Top-10 list of the best cars for families in 2013 includes data about the model, average transaction price (purchase or lease), residual value, cost of owning and maintaining the vehicle for 5 years, and percentage of residual value after 60 months.

In my opinion, one of the best SUVs I have had the opportunity to drive and ride is the Buick Enclave. Of course, it isn't cheap, but its comfort, luxury equipment, and handling have no competition

I would like to see here one of the best GMC creations in terms of SUVs... the Acadia, I think it is also a very nice vehicle for you and your family, of course, if you have enough money to buy and maintain one of these beauty machines.

Hey ChevyMan, HoneyGirls, and CarsAddict, it seems you didn't understand the title of the post, which is about the best CARS for the family, not the best family SUVs. Besides, if you attempted to postulate those vehicles, you didn't even say why; your only reason is that they look cool, which is not enough, mates. I could mention a bunch of SUVs because they are cool too, but probably they aren't the best for the family. Bear in mind that the article is based on the residual value, the cost of owning and maintaining these cars for 5 years, and the percentage of residual value after 60 months. Are we? thanks!
