    Cheap car under $1K Buick Regal 2003 white in Maryland 20877. Physically the car is in pretty great shape. A few small dings here and there but nothing major. Same for the interior. The car currently doesn't run and we believe it needs a new battery, and one tire is flat on the front passenger side. Clean and clear car title. Low miles for year and price.
