Yes the price can be negotiated.. cosmetic issues. it has a rust spot on the hood that will need attn. it opens and closes with no issues. front bumper needs a love. it needs an evepoator valve. 60.00 fix. I drove it to Maryland and back it needed some oil. no oil leakage... hence the evaporator valve. 4 brand new tires with warrenty less than 50 miles on them. 2 rear door panels needs the scratches sanded and painted. it drives like a dream no issues with anything else.
